Staff Staffing is key to good long term
care At Avon Park Residential Home, we acknowledge that much of our
success is due to the quality of staff we employ. The majority have
been here for a minimum of five years, some for many more. We are
committed to staff training and development and, have invested time
and resources to develop a strong team, capable of giving our
residents the best level of care. We are particularly proud to say
that a number of our long serving staff have been able to develop
their careers within the home.
